Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment in a day shift setting.

Unit Summary
The Household units at our facility provide long-term care for patients in a home-like environment. LPNs work closely with the Clinical Leader/DON to develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to deliver high-quality care.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Manage daily operations on a per shift, household level.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and LPN license required.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of experience needed.
