Job Description
We are looking to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, including weekend commitment. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care facility, you will work in our Household unit, providing individualized nursing care plans and ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver care based on residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
