Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled long-term care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care, assist in staff orientation and supervision, and ensure the daily operations of the unit run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in staff orientation and supervision.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit at a per-shift, household level.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and principles of nursing.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- LPN License.
