Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that includes weekends. As an LPN in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of residents, assisting in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and overseeing daily operations at a household level.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
