Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital for Skilled Long Term Care. As an LPN in our Household units, you will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans for residents to ensure their needs are met. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of patients.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/Director of Nursing (DON).
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit on a per shift, household level.
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role within the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
- Strong commitment to compassionate patient care.
