Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves working in the Skilled Long Term Care unit, specifically in Household #1. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the daily operations of the unit run smoothly on a per-shift, household level.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and orient nursing personnel.
- Assume a leadership role in the daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
