Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized nursing care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under clinical supervision.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on a leadership role.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
