Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our facility, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume a leadership role as needed on a per shift basis.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure resident well-being.
- Operate medical equipment and technology effectively.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Valid AHA BLS CPR Certification.
