Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. Levindale is a reputable facility accredited by the Joint Commission and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, offering post-acute services to support patients on their journey to recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure resident's needs are met by utilizing basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary to support unit operations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps, EKG machines, and specialty beds.
- Less than one year of experience required.
