Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans and ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individual nursing care plans.
- Provide basic physical assessments and care to residents.
- Maintain daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient care.
