Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit team at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care plans to meet the residents' needs and ensure the smooth daily operations of the unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree and Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to patient care.
Unit Summary
The Hall 1 unit is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity needs. It offers daily activities and a wide range of services to residents. Staff members in Halls must be compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
