Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore. In this role, you will provide exemplary medical and emotional care to our residents and patients in the Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, utilizing your nursing expertise to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents. This position offers a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 along with competitive pay and a range of benefits.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and assessment skills to develop individualized care plans.
- Provide day-to-day care and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing, graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active LPN license and current AHA BLS CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
