Lead Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living

We are seeking a Lead Care Manager to function as the lead to a group of Care Managers at Sunrise Senior Living. In this role, you will ensure quality care and services are provided to residents in accordance with their individualized Service Plans. The Lead Care Manager is responsible for supervisory support, documentation, and supporting team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory support, manage attendance, and respond to shift requests.
• Support team members in providing ADL care and services.
• Assist with meal service and coach team members.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in crossover meetings and maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED; certifications as required by state.
• Medication Management Certificate required.
• Previous experience working with seniors and leadership competencies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to handle multiple priorities.
