Job Description
We are looking for a talented Licensed Lawncare Applicator to join Wise Landscaping in Dayton. As a licensed lawncare applicator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' turf and ornamental landscapes through fertilization and weed control services. This role not only offers the opportunity to provide top-quality work but also serves as a pathway to higher managerial positions within our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional work on all jobs.
- Complete assigned tasks within budgeted labor hours and material budgets.
- Prepare and maintain necessary products, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Diagnose turf problems and suggest solutions.
- Generate new leads and enhancements for client satisfaction.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Work on other tasks during off-peak seasons.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Current pesticide applicator license.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in job management and fleet software.
- Strong customer service skills.
