Job Description

Responsibilities
- Develop personal relationships with residents and families, attending to their care needs and preferences.
- Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.
- Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with flexibility and a positive attitude.
- High School diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary in some states.
- Previous experience with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Available Shifts
Part-Time and Full-Time shifts available, including weekends.
