Overview

At Sunrise Senior Living, the Home Health Aide is responsible for providing top-quality care to residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. A CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the State of MA is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors, attending to their daily living activities.
• Notify management of changes in condition and recommend care adjustments.
• Assist residents with life skills and activities.
• Participate in ISP development and updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Respond to dining needs with Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Flexibility and teamwork skills.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Previous senior care experience preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
