Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Contribute to a caring and engaging environment through various life enriching activities.
• Work collaboratively with the community team to maintain compliance and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
