Job Description

As a Care Manager, you will provide top-quality care and services to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with seniors and families, assisting with daily activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Contribute to a caring and engaging environment through various life enriching activities.
- Work collaboratively with the community team to maintain compliance and uphold service standards.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
