Job Description
We are looking for a Floor Tech / Utility Housekeeper to join Tallgrass Creek, part of the Erickson Senior Living community. As a Housekeeper, you will focus on maintaining hard floor surfaces and trash removal within our gated retirement community, offering a clean and safe environment for our residents. You will handle specialized cleaning equipment to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the community.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness through specialized equipment operation.
- Proper handling and disposal of waste.
- Assist with room/furniture setups per work orders.
- Help with the movement and delivery of heavy objects/packages.
- Trash removal and upkeep of hard floor and carpeted surfaces.
Requirements
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely.
- Flexibility to meet resident and department requests promptly.
- Work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Safe operation of Housekeeping vehicles.
- Preferred experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques.
- Valid driver's license with a history of safe driving.
