Job Description
We are hiring a full-time CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This position, located at the Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital, offers increased pay rates and a $7,000 sign-on bonus for the midnight shift. As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT exams following established procedures, focusing on obtaining high-quality images while prioritizing patient care and radiation safety.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician orders.
- Provide procedural information to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams and related patient care procedures, including IV placement for contrast media.
- Operate CT imaging equipment, ensuring quality control and patient safety.
- Communicate effectively with medical staff and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
