We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, assist residents with daily activities, and contribute to creating a supportive community.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and assistance to a designated group of seniors.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to management.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe environment.
• Engage residents in enriching activities and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED; certifications as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
