Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being during the shift.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required per state regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
