Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves developing meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide personalized care and assistance with daily activities.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Qualifications
- Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
