Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Caregiver Lead to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As the Lead Care Manager, you will oversee a group of Care Managers, ensuring quality care and services are provided to our residents in accordance with their individualized Service Plans and Sunrise policies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care to residents.
- Assist with meal service, document care provided, and ensure compliance with Sunrise's policies.
- Participate in team meetings, onboarding of new members, and maintain a safe environment for all.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, with relevant certifications where required.
- Previous experience in senior care and leadership competencies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
