Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join the Sunrise Senior Living team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your role involves building meaningful relationships, assisting with daily activities, and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive living environment.
• Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to various duties.
• High School diploma/GED required, certifications may be necessary in some states.
• Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
