Your responsibilities will include building relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, participating in life enriching activities, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide dining assistance while upholding service standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
