We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living and provide the highest quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist with daily activities, and ensure their well-being. Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and families, provide assistance with daily activities, and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of any changes in residents' condition and recommend appropriate adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, assist with dining needs, and engage residents in life-enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required based on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
