Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily activities, and ensure the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Notify management of changes in residents' condition and recommend adjustments in care.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma/GED required; certifications may be necessary per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
