Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in the assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and support to seniors and their families, fostering a warm and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition to management.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Deliver dining services following Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
