Job Description

Centria Autism, the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in multiple states, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a center-based role with a $10,000 signing bonus. The role involves coordinating ABA therapy, providing assessments, developing behavior plans, and supervising Behavior Technicians. Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to drive optimal outcomes.
• Train, manage, and retain a team of Behavior Technicians.
• Develop child-specific behavior plans based on ABA principles.

Working Conditions

• Flexible schedule with primary hours conducted after school hours.
• Work location in clients' homes, company facilities, or the community.

Physical Requirements

The role may involve handling physically aggressive behavior and requires agility and quick reflexes. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, etc. Ability to lift objects up to thirty-five (35) lbs.
