Job Description: The Assisted Living Manager at Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living will oversee the success of the Assisted Living Neighborhoods. Responsibilities include leading a person-centered approach to assessment and service planning, evaluating residents' needs, coordinating care, and providing psychosocial support. The role involves collaborating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead assessment and service planning.
  • Evaluate residents' psychosocial and ADL needs.
  • Coordinate care and services for residents.
  • Provide individualized psychosocial support to residents and families.
  • Develop support groups and educational programs for residents and families.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in Social Work, Health Care Administration, or Gerontology preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or assisted living.
  • Understanding of the geriatric population and aging process.
  • Passion for providing person-centered care to residents.
