Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Wellness Associate to join Lassen's Natural Foods, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in the Wellness Department. As a Wellness Associate, you will assist customers with product inquiries, maintain displays, ensure accurate pricing, and share your knowledge of wellness products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by offering friendly and knowledgeable assistance in the Wellness Department.
• Assist in placing orders, receiving merchandise, and directing customers to products.
• Create and maintain department displays to showcase products effectively.
• Ensure accurate pricing by placing shelf tags and sale signs throughout the department.
• Educate customers on Lassen's monthly promotions and sales in the Wellness Department.
• Answer customer questions and provide information on vitamins, supplements, and cosmetic items within legal guidelines.
