Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Child Care Tech to join our team at Campbell County Health. As a Child Care Tech, you will provide high-quality infant and childcare services for children of hospital and medical community employees. This role involves implementing daily programs based on child development stages, maintaining childcare standards, and creating a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct activities that stimulate problem-solving and creativity in children.
• Maintain accurate records of child care activities such as feedings, naps, and general well-being.
• Ensure compliance with childcare standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in department meetings and training sessions.
• Develop professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in the childcare environment.
• Assist in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Early Childhood classes or relevant experience.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• Legible handwriting.
