2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a warehouse stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, performing general cleaning duties, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrate a positive attitude, and work both independently and within a team environment.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Movement of merchandise, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, gripping, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
