2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill store orders. Your role will involve working collaboratively with the team to maintain warehouse standards, conduct inventory counts, and contribute to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in varying temperatures.
