We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's dynamic team. As a valued member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Execute tasks accurately and efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment ensuring warehouse productivity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, positive attitude, and collaboration.
• Efficiently organize work and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
