Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Supervisor who will work under the Clinic Directors to ensure excellence in patient care at Campbell County Health. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical staff, maintaining patient satisfaction, and facilitating efficient clinic operations.

Primary Job Duties

• Lead daily clinic operations and staff management.
• Ensure high patient satisfaction and quality customer service.
• Manage clinical staff performance and provide coaching and training.
• Coordinate with Clinic Directors to plan and implement departmental training.
• Maintain fiscal compliance and assist in budget planning.

Job Specifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Licensure: Wyoming RN license required.
• Experience: Prior ambulatory clinic experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
