Responsibilities
- Provide clinical social work services to patients/residents and families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and address common psychosocial problems.
- Offer counseling on issues related to aging, end-of-life care, and medical procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification is preferred.
- LGSW certification.
- Previous experience in clinical social work is an advantage.
