Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a full-time Social Worker based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential clinical social work services to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing a range of common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required, Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C preferred.
- LGSW certification.
