Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a full-time Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling related to illnesses and end-of-life care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW), Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
