Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include addressing various challenges such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and counseling on end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.

Full-time, Day shift (8:00pm - 4:30am)
