We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities
- Offer clinical social work services to patients and families.
- Assess and address various issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, family relationships, and more.
- Provide counseling and support related to medical procedures, aging, discharge planning, and end-of-life issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification.
