Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Social Worker, you will provide clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients/residents and families, addressing a range of challenges they may be facing. This is a full-time position based in Baltimore, MD at Levindale Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling to individuals and families.
- Address common issues such as adjustment to institutional living, financial concerns, and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- LCSW-C certification preferred.
- LGSW certification required.
