Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join LifeBridge Health's team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position, you will provide crucial clinical social work services and psychosocial assessments to patients, residents, and their families to address a range of challenges and concerns. As a Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals through difficult situations and transitions with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide counseling services.
- Address adjustment issues, financial concerns, family dynamics, and end-of-life matters.
- Assist with discharge planning and support patients in coping with illnesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Social Work (BSW) required; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C) preferred.
- Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) certification.
