Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Group Sales Manager to join the team at the Black Desert Resort. As the Senior Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing group sales accounts with finesse and precision. Your role will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction while achieving business objectives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, selling guest rooms, meeting spaces, and other services to customer groups.
• Prepare and present proposals, maintain documentation, and coordinate customer service requirements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
• Analyze sales data, monitor sales performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market expansion and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and strategic sales planning expertise.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel as needed and adapt to flexible working hours.

Compensation

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
