REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - YADKIN NURSING CARE CENTER

Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. As a crucial member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician's orders and facility policies.
• Lead, guide, and supervise nursing assistants and orderlies.
• Assist physicians during rounds, examinations, and treatments as needed.
• Document treatments and maintain infection control measures.
• Participate in quality of care research activities.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid RN license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Have a genuine interest in geriatric nursing and provide compassionate patient care.
• Maintain CPR certification and attend required in-service training sessions.
• Demonstrate strong supervisory skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Exhibit sound decision-making abilities and professionalism in all interactions.
