Job Description

Pyramid Global Hospitality, specifically Pyramid Project Management, is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of our full-service Hotel Project Management Company, the chosen candidate will play a vital role in the planning, supervision, and successful completion of various hotel construction projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management, this position involves overseeing project operations, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of Pyramid Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in project management activities under the Vice President's guidance.
  • Support Project Managers in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare and present detailed project budgets for executive review.
  • Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, and hotel staff.
  • Participate in contract negotiation with vendors.
  • Develop project schedules in coordination with various teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Supervise design and construction team coordination.
  • Review proposals, contracts, invoices, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct onsite inspections to maintain construction quality standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management and address any issues.
  • Perform other project-related tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a college degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Relevant work experience in project management with a focus on hotel projects.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in renovation and new construction projects.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
