Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Hospice Clinical Manager - RN in Thomasville on a full-time basis. As a vital member of the staff, you will coordinate patient services, supervise Care staff, and ensure compassionate care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate case management for all patient services.
- Document patient care and staff performance efficiently.
- Supervise and support assigned Care staff.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including case management and care planning.
Requirements
- Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
- Minimum of three years clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospice care.
- Expertise in hospice and home care regulations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in using a personal computer and various applications.
- CPR certification.
