Minds Matter, LLC is seeking a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) to join our dedicated team. As an RPT, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with brain injuries to reach their highest level of motor functioning and mobility. You will work collaboratively with consumers and a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Implement Minds Matter, LLC's philosophical principles in service delivery.
• Review and provide feedback on assistant therapists' notes.
• Assist individuals in developing compensation techniques for brain injury consequences.
• Conduct evaluations, analyze data, and devise therapy strategies.
• Document sessions, progress, and care plans accurately.
• Collaborate with consumers and professionals to achieve therapy goals.
• Educate families on brain injury strategies and techniques.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching individuals with disabilities.
• Effective supervision and mentoring skills.
• High degree of sensitivity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Basic technology skills for electronic medical records.

Education and Experience

• Completion of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current state license in Kansas.

Requirements

• Ability to lift for consumers with physical needs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic iPad proficiency and reliable transportation.
