Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Yadkin Nursing Care Center. In this part-time night position, you will play a crucial role in directing nursing services, observing patient conditions, and providing high-quality care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing nursing services for the unit/hall.
• Delegate duties and monitor work performance of nursing personnel.
• Observe patients for symptoms and reactions, ensuring timely interventions.
• Notify physicians of emergencies and implement changes in orders as required.
• Perform other assigned duties to maintain quality patient care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current, valid North Carolina Board of Nursing license.
• Willingness to work as charge nurses and provide care during emergencies.
• Ability to deliver quality care, follow medical orders, and have a passion for geriatric nursing.
• CPR certification required annually.
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as needed.
