Job Description

Join Liberty Healthcare Management as a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) in a part-time, day position. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure adherence to regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff to deliver the highest standard of patient care.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and coordinating nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with the Nursing Practice Act, facility policies, and regulations.
• Provide support to nurses during acute patient episodes.
• Address employee issues promptly and maintain thorough documentation.
• Participate in on-call duties as needed.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse with a valid NC license, committed to ongoing renewal.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality nursing care and genuine interest in geriatric nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to participate in training and meetings as required.
• Capability to supervise nursing staff effectively and ensure timely task completion.
• Familiarity with and adherence to policies and regulations.
• Preferred experience in Long Term Care.
